Dear Care-Knight
I am writing to let you know i am delighted i am with our 'Bath-Knight'. I was compelled to resort to showering due to repeated falls while attempting to get in and out of the bath, resulting in severe bruising!
Now those fears are banished forever and bathing is now a time of relaxation and enjoyment!
To have a demonstration and 'try out' in the privacy of our home was a joy, thanks to your advisor who made us feel relaxed and at ease, and the gentleman who fitted it he was so efficient making sure i knew how it worked before leaving.
My husband is as pleased as I am!
